Noel Price

Noel Price, originally from North Carolina has lived "repeatedly" on the
Olympic Peninsula where he has worked as an electrician and electrical
administrator.  However, his true vocation has always been music and art.
Noel began playing in "rock" bands in high school but soon graduated to
performing folk music which took him through Canada, Great Britain and
Europe.  After graduating from the University of Washington with an
undergraduate degree in Psychology, Noel turned his sights toward
photography and later, neon sculpture.


Noel is currently half of the baroque-folk duo, "Blackbird."  He and is
counterpart, Sidney Barthell perform around the Pacific Northwest at
festivals, restaurants and street fairs.  Their repertoire includes classic
folksongs reaching back hundreds of years, strangely arranged cover tunes
and original compositions.

Life is a journey, not a destination.
